How long is shipping?
We ship Mondays - Saturdays. Order take 1-3 days to process and can take up to 1- 5 days to arrive depending on location. Due to COVID-19, USPS is taking longer than usual to process and ship orders so expect shipping Delays. Most orders are shipped with tracking which allows you to follow where you package is! (:

Do you ship internationally? 
Yes! Our checkout shipping options include shipping to all countries! Add item to cart to see your shipping costs. We are not responsible for any customs fees.

What do I do if I received the wrong item or my item is damaged?
Customers have 3 days to report a damaged or wrong item. Please email us at adelitasmerch@gmail.com to correct the issue. We cannot help you if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for wear and tear. 

What is your return policy?
Due to COVID19 we are not accepting any returns or exchanges. We do not give refunds.

What happens if my package is returned to you?

We are not responsible for incrrect shipping information, please make sure your address is correct before placing an order. If a package is returned to us you are responsible to contact us at adelitasmerch@gmail.com with the correct address for your order to be shipped back to you and for the shipping service of your choice. We recommend purchasing shipping with tracking to ensure that your order gets tracked and makes it safe to you. 

What happens if my package is lost?
We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. For these issues please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS.
